This is the third year that The Royals Business Park have sponsored British Cheerleading Champions – The Ascension Eagles – to appear in the Lord Mayor’s Show. For the 100 Ascension Eagles members – aged 7 to 23 – taking part in this prestigious event has become a real highlight, as well as a source of achievement.

The Ascension Eagles live in the Royal Docks area, in London’s East End. At a recent community workshop designed to prepare participants for the big day, the young cheerleaders shared their thoughts on the upcoming event:

The Lord Mayor’s Show means a lot to us because we get to perform in front of thousands of people and get to show what Ascension Eagles is all about,” said Chloe Bromley, age 11.
