Like others on the AEC coaching team, Frankie is a founding member. Over her 23 years of association with the programme she has travelled far and wide representing AEC and Britain both nationally and internationally- a particular highlight being her participation at Atlanta's Cheersport competition. She has also worked for event company Event 360 in Monaco for the football Super Cup!
Frankie has worked with AEC's mini team, prodigy, for the past 6 years, starting originally as a tumble coach then progressing to a regular coach alongside Mel, and Rob. This season she will continue in her capacity as Prodigy head coach. Aside from this, Frankie works for the Talent Central's schools programme delivering weekly sessions to help develop young peoples fitness and to develop the notion that cheerleading is a sport.
Frankie's daughters have caught the cheerleading 'bug' with her eldest currently part of junior level 2 team Prophecy, and her youngest now competing on Prodigy. She believes cheerleading has hugely improved her daughters' confidence and self-belief.
Outside of Cheerleading Frankie works for a primary school within the borough supporting children with behavioural issues and autism. For Frankie, cheerleading is great! But the most important thing for her is that it's given her life-long friends.
