Ascension Eagles Harmony is our Youth Level 1 team aimed at athletes aged 8-10. After their incredibly successful debut season in 2015/16- winning both National and European Championships- Harmony have followed this up with two consistent seasons.

Level one is always a competitive division where polished skills and creativity prevail; the ladies of harmony appreciate this and dedicate themselves to mastering all skills be it stunting, tumbling or jumping.

 

Harmony train twice weekly: Monday and Friday.
