Ascension Eagles 'rise' to the occasion at Copperbox arena.

Working hard since September to master skills and polish routines, competitive teams from the Ascension Eagles were incredibly excited to make their debut in the 2018/19 season on the weekend of 16-17th February 2019.

And what a great weekend it was! All athletes, old and new, were able to demonstrate just how far they've come since the beginning of the season. They performed highly intense routines, showcasing their individual and collective talents, as well as the joy that comes from being a part of a team that becomes your family. It was a great weekend to be an Eagle.

This is how the Eagles from Newham, East London, performed:

Prodigy Mini prep 1- 1st place

Harmony Youth prep 1- 2nd place

Symphony Youth 1- 3rd place

Destiny Junior prep 1- 1st place

Royalty Junior 1- 4th place

Prophecy Junior 2- 3rd place

Majesty Senior 2- 2nd place

Eternity Senior 4- 1st place and Grand Champions

All in all, this was the perfect platform to begin the season. We can't wait to attend Future Cheer's Spotlight Showdown in 2 weeks!
