Get in touch for more information about joining our programmes.

Recreational sessions
We offer five recreational classes a week.
Participants typically attend a one-hour class weekly, and are free to learn and enjoy gymnastics and tumbling skills at their own pace.

Competitive cheerleading
Our competition cheerleading programme is comprised of multiple teams organised by age groups and specific needs.
Each team has annual try-outs and trains twice per week to prepare for four competitions throughout the year.

Schools project
We partner with local schools to offer weekly cheerleading training as an after-school club on the schools' premises, culminating in a showcase performance event at the end of each term. This includes groups from primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities.

Gym hire and performances
Our gym space and competition-sized sprung floor are available for hire by groups for a variety of activities or by individual athletes looking to train in an open-gym setting.
Our teams have been commissioned to appear at events and in TV shows and music videos, with artists such as Beyoncé, Keane and Take That.

Join our competition programme
We are a London-based cheerleading club with award-winning competitive teams, expert coaching, and opportunities for new athletes to join.
Our competitive athletes must attend annual try-outs and those who make the team train at least twice per week at our Talent Central gym in Newham to prepare for competitions across the UK.
Use the button below to register your interest and we'll let you know the dates for our next try-outs.
Our development programmes
It’s the combination of our holistic approach – looking at the young person as a whole, not simply as an athlete – and our focus on building young peoples’ transferable life skills which make a real difference to those we serve.

She Leads
This initiative encourages our young people to think about inspirational women worldwide who have achieved great success and who are potential role models for the young person's own personal values and behaviours. We also invite external speakers to talk to our young people about their experiences and how they have overcome personal challenges.

Junior Leadership Team
JLT is our premier leadership programme for young people aged 12+. We help them to gain their cheerleading coaching qualifications and become part of our coaching team, supporting their personal development and creating the opportunity for them to give back to our programmes. They also volunteer for the local community.

Our Special Abilities Team
Our Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team, called Serenity, is fully inclusive, catering for the needs of athletes with learning disabilities.
The team regularly take part in - and win - competitions. Working with these athletes is a pleasure; their joy at being able to participate and compete is our biggest inspiration.
As one of the athlete's parents says:
Since becoming a member of Serenity, Ashley has gained so much confidence! He looks forward to his evenings at the gym, with his coach and friends. He is in his element being part of such a fantastic team."
